The Hopkins Village Council meetings regularly on the second Monday of each month at the Village/Township Hall. Meetings are held at 7:30 PM. Special meetings are held at the call of the President with times posted at least one week in advance of the meeting.

Meeting minutes will be posted as soon as possible but are not official until approved by the council at the following month’s meeting.
